Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Drafting Technology or Architecture
  • TESDA Certification in AutoCAD Drafting preferred for Drafting Technology Course
  • Training in woodworking, furniture design, or CNC programming is an advantage
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2d or #D) and other design software (SketchUp, Adobe, Illustrator, SolidWorks)
  • Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and CNC-ready files
  • Knowledge of wood joinery techniques to ensure accurate drawings
  • Familiarity with CNC machine requirements (file formats, tool paths, nesting layouts)
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, dimensioning, and tolerances
  • Ability to translate design concepts into precise technical drawings for CNC machining
  • Good problem-solving skills to adjust drawings based on material limitations or machine capabilities
  • Knowledge of different wood types, laminates, and composite materials
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an AutoCAD operator in woodworking furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out projects
  • Experience in collaborating with CNC operators, carpenters, and project engineers
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication for coordination between design and production teams
  • Team player with adaptability to fast-paced manufacturing environments
  • Safety conscious and disciplined in documentation and workflow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
