About the role

BF Builders and Construction [BF-BCC] Corp. is seeking a talented CAD Operator to join our dynamic team in Pampanga, Central Luzon. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings and designs that support our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Produce detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) components of construction projects
  2. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and specifications
  3. Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards, building codes, and company policies
  4. Maintain and update CAD libraries, templates, and standards
  5. Provide technical support and training to other team members on the use of CAD software
  6. Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, sections, and details

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a CAD Operator or Draftsperson in the construction industry
  2. Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard CAD software
  3. Strong technical drawing and design skills, with the ability to interpret and translate design concepts into accurate 2D and 3D models
  4. Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and building codes
  5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  7. Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
