Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize the aggregates production process through regular roving and site supervision.
  • Supervise Crusher Plant Operators, ensuring consistent performance, proper operation of equipment, and timely assistance with materials or tools.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Team to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational.
  • Monitor production outputs to ensure compliance with quality specifications and quarry production reports.
  • Conduct bottlenecking and debottlenecking to improve production flow and plant efficiency.
  • Prepare daily production reports, schedules, and other related documents.
  • Conduct regular Toolbox Talks and enforce strict safety protocols in the production area.
  • Prepare and issue relevant work permits for plant operations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Engineering course (Mechanical, Mining, Electrical, or related field preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in aggregates production, crushing plant operations, or manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a focus on productivity and quality control.
  • Proficient in monitoring plant performance and coordinating maintenance activities.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Committed to maintaining a safe and environmentally compliant workplace.
