We're a YouTube channel creating quirky, animated explainer videos about science, mysteries, and surreal ideas. We're building a hand-drawn stick figure asset library to support our video editors during production.

We need a designer/ illustrator who can use Adobe Illustrator to create stick figure characters in a specific style, across a variety of poses and expressions. These will be exported as transparent PNGs for use in video animation.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Creating hand-drawn style vector stick figures in Illustrator
* Following a strict visual guideline (you'll be given a style guide and reference assets)
* Designing a wide range of poses, from standing, sitting, pointing, walking, lying down, reacting, and more
* Exporting final figures as transparent PNGs in organized folders

Requirements:
* Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator (required)
* Ability to replicate and stay consistent with a quirky, minimalist visual style
* Strong attention to detail when following visual guides and naming conventions
* Experience creating characters or assets for animation is a plus
* Fast, responsive communicator who meets deadlines

Project Details:
* Short-term contract to create a full stick figure asset bank
* Start with a paid test batch of 10 figures (in varied poses)
* Entire project will include dozens of poses and character types

This is a temporary role - once the library is complete, we'll transition to AI-based asset generation. But your work will form the foundation of that model Use the word "zebra" in your application email so we know you read the whole post.
