As our Restaurant Baker, you will be responsible for producing the authentic baked goods that define our brand's identity. Your role is to master traditional doughs and batters, ensuring that every item coming out of the oven reflects the warmth and heritage of our concept. You will work behind the scenes to provide the foundation for our daily service, from morning staples to signature evening desserts.

Key Responsibilities: Your work ensures our kitchen stays stocked with fresh, high-quality products throughout the day.

Dough & Batter Production: Accurately measure ingredients and follow specific recipes to create a variety of traditional doughs, sponges, and batters.

Fermentation & Proofing: Monitor timing and temperature closely to ensure doughs rise correctly, maintaining the specific textures required for our concept.

Oven Management: Operate commercial ovens, adjusting temperatures and bake times to achieve the perfect crust, color, and crumb for different items.

Finishing & Decoration: Apply glazes, toppings, or fillings according to our signature presentation styles once items have cooled.

Workspace Maintenance: Keep the bakery station organized and sanitized. This includes cleaning heavy machinery (mixers/ovens) and managing storage for dry goods.

Waste Management: Track production yields to minimize food waste while ensuring we never run out of core items during peak hours.

Skills & Qualifications: We are looking for a baker who balances technical precision with a deep appreciation for the flavors of our culture.

Independent & Reliable: You can manage your prep list with minimal supervision.

Quality-Focused: You have a "sharp eye" for when a product isn't up to standard and take steps to fix it.

Adaptable: You can handle the fast-paced environment of a busy restaurant kitchen.
