IT/Web Design Support Intern

Duties and Responsibilities:

-  Assist in designing, updating, and maintaining the company website and other digital platforms.

-  Ensure website responsiveness across different devices (mobile, tablet, desktop) and optimize loading speed.

-  Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to improve website effectiveness and user experience.

-  Collaborate with the marketing team to implement web-based campaigns and track their performance.

-  Troubleshoot and fix basic website issues, or work with outside service providers when needed.

-  Assist in setting up and managing Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) and other tracking tools to help measure website traffic, conversions, and campaign performance.

-  Assist with SEO tasks such as keyword research, meta tags, and site audits to improve search rankings.

-  Monitor website analytics and prepare simple reports on traffic, user behavior, and conversions.

-  Keep up-to-date with emerging web technologies and suggest improvements or new tools.

-  Ensure website security best practices are followed, including updates and backups.

-  Support integration of third-party tools such as CRM, email marketing platforms, and analytics.

-  Assist with content management system updates and content uploads as directed.
