What is your mission?

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications, APIs, and data pipelines. This role requires strong backend expertise in Python, Flask, and SQL, with a focus on automation, data integration, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate combines full-stack development capabilities with hands-on experience in ETL workflows, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and APIs
  • Build efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code
  • Develop and manage ETL pipelines and data integrations across systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance optimization
  • Troubleshoot and debug application and data workflow issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Python for backend development, automation, and API creation
  • Strong experience with Flask (or Django) for web and API development
  • Proven expertise in data engineering, ETL pipeline design, and orchestration
  • Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) and schema optimization
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for front-end integration (React or similar)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or data orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect)
  • Experience with large-scale datasets, automation, or analytics workflows is an advantage
  • Exposure to ERP, CX, or WFO systems is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills
