Job Summary

The production staff is responsible for performing various activities such as processing materials, basic inventory, and storage management. S/he assists the inventory keeper in receiving and/or releasing materials as well as participating in area maintenance in order to meet job orders on time and in full while ensuring conformance to standards.

Job Description

  • Ensures job orders are met in a timely manner on a daily basis.
  • Ensures that the machine(s) are in good condition.
  • Guarantees other tasks and assignments given by the immediate superior that will contribute to achieving the departmental goals.
  • Ensures consistent compliance with the company's food safety and quality standards.
  • Guarantees that all monitoring and processes are properly documented.
  • Embraces change with positivity and adjust to new circumstances.
  • Performs a variety of tasks with equal effectiveness & efficiency.
  • Coordinates with team members, supervisors, and departments to address issues to ensure efficient production operations, safety, and security.
  • Ensures all team members are informed of announcements, policies, etc.
  • Builds trust, fosters positive relationships, and maintains a healthy work environment by striving to provide accurate information, demonstrating empathy and understanding, and taking responsibility for words and actions
  • Contributes to the departmental objectives through participation in team activities.
  • Encourages cooperation among the team.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate
  • With at least six (6) months experience in a manufacturing company with the same position or higher.
  • Knowledgeable in basic manufacturing process flow.
  • Knowledgeable in basic Food Safety and Quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php18, Php20,323.75 per month
