Position Title: Senior Production Draftsman
Work Set-up: Work From Office
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PH Time ZoneSalary: Php 55,000 - Php 70,000.00 gross salary package

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update drawings based on client requests, ensuring they meet company standards.

• Check plans for accuracy, including site, floor, elevation, and electrical layouts

• Ensure all drawings comply with Australian building regulations, design guidelines, and codes (e.g., NCC, BCA, RESCODE, MCPs)\

• Coordinate with external parties such as engineers and manufacturers to confirm dimensions.

• Use surveys and plans to determine site levels for construction

• Finalize and issue construction-ready drawings.

• Assist with permit applications and support site supervisors with any drawing clarifications.

• Manage workload and document progress using Business Craft.

• Ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained

• Review and record Engineering Technical Solutions (ETS) for accuracy and improvement insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
• With prior related experience of the same capacity is recommended

• Working experience and knowledge of the Australian Construction industry, particularly in Australia.
