Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media and email marketing funnels.
  • Hands-on experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and social media schedulers.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, A/B testing, analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Leadership potential: ability to manage projects and junior team members in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Funnel Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focused on awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Build and optimize social media funnels that attract, nurture, and convert leads into paying customers.

2. Content Calendar & Campaign Execution

  • Create and manage a monthly content calendar, ensuring cohesive, timely, and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

3. Email Marketing

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns aligned with customer journey stages.
  • Build and segment email lists to ensure personalized and high-conversion outreach.

4. Graphics and Video Content Creation

  • Design compelling graphics for use in social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Produce short-form videos and marketing clips for platform use (Reels, Stories, TikToks).

5. Community Engagement

  • Monitor social media accounts daily, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
  • Foster authentic engagement with the community to build brand loyalty.
