Finance Associate

• Initiates, processes, and verifies all documents of the Finance department.
• Assisting with the preparation of operating budget, financial statements, and report.
• Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.
• Keeping records and documenting financial process.
• Random audit for Department/Site petty cash.
• Knowledge in using MS Office
• Entry, Processing, recording, and reporting financial transactions (e.g. withholding taxes)
• Assisting w/ audit or Fast Checking
• With good bookkeeping skills
• Maintaining & Sorting Files of financial transactions
• Helping process accounts payable and receivable checks and payments
• Handling mail and phone calls
• Knowledge on Accounting Software (e.g. QuickBooks) is an advantage

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate be a graduate of BS in Accounting Technology, or any relevant Business Program.
• Familiarity in receipt and business documents
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills oral and written.
• Knowledge on excel, word and PowerPoint
• Willing to relocate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
