*Manage FOH and BOH store operations in achieving good overall store performance.

*Training of staff BOH, guiding and motivating them.

*Submission and analysis of Monthly P&L reports.

*Setting and Achieving Sales Targets.

*Able to lead team to adhere to company policy and procedures.

*Maintain Utmost high quality of food.

*Ensure Customer Satisfaction with every dining experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

*At least 3-5 years experienced in F&B Management of Fast casual or QSR type of operations.

*Japanese restaurant experience is a plus.

*Proficient in POS, Inventory and accounting systems.

*Strong Planning and Organizational and decision making abilities.

*Good Communication Skills.

Educational & Training Background

*Degree in Hospitality Course, Culinary Arts, or any food related studies.

*Basic Knowledge in Food Safety Handling is a plus.

*P&L Management, Labor and food cost control, inventory management and KPI alignment.
