As a Business Analyst, your main role is to engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their product vision, translating this into business requirements for the development team. You will ensure the product backlog is well-groomed with ready user stories and facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions. Additionally, you'll maintain documentation, such as requirements specifications and change logs, to show how the project aligns with organizational strategy.

What The Role Will Entail

  • Engage key stakeholders to assess needs and requirements based on the business requirement document.
  • Conduct analysis of business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and key metrics.
  • Facilitate communication between business departments and the technical delivery team to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Evaluate business processes to identify improvements using modeling and other techniques.
  • Create sprint tickets detailing epics and user stories, including detailed use cases.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project progress, findings, and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related courses
  • 4 years Business Analyst experience
  • Experience in banking or fintech is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, databases, and relevant programming languages.
  • Proficient in effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienced in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
