About the role
HIMACARE International Health Services Inc. is seeking a talented and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team in Cauayan City Isabela. As a full-time Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating with the medical team
- Documenting patient information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans for patients
- Assisting with diagnostic procedures, treatments, and patient education
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients, visitors, and staff
- Participating in continuous learning and professional development opportunities
What we're looking for
- A valid nursing license and current registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory body
- Candidates must be registered with the PRC (Philippines) nursing regulatory body
- No minimum working experience required but experienced applicants have more advantage specially in the field of Urology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant healthcare technologies
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
