About the role

HIMACARE International Health Services Inc. is seeking a talented and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team in Cauayan City Isabela. As a full-time Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating with the medical team
  2. Documenting patient information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures
  3. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans for patients
  4. Assisting with diagnostic procedures, treatments, and patient education
  5. Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients, visitors, and staff
  6. Participating in continuous learning and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. A valid nursing license and current registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory body
  2. Candidates must be registered with the PRC (Philippines) nursing regulatory body
  3. No minimum working experience required but experienced applicants have more advantage specially in the field of Urology.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  5. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  6. Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant healthcare technologies
  7. A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
