Staff Nurse

The Staff Nurse at Alpha IVF Manila Inc. plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and organizational policies. As a key member of the healthcare team, the Staff Nurse works closely with specialists, patients, and their families to provide physical, emotional, and psychological support. Responsibilities Patient Care & Support Collaborate with specialists and staff to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care. Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. Establish rapport with patients to understand their care needs and improve service experience. Clinical Operations & Quality Assurance Support implementation of nursing standards and clinical guidelines. Monitor care quality and recommend improvements based on health outcomes and performance standards. Assist in patient scheduling, staff assignments, and follow-up on care delivery results. Adherence to Policy & Compliance Ensure adherence to the Department of Health regulations and Alpha IVF’s internal standards. Review, update, and enforce nursing policies and procedures. Develop and interpret medication protocols and storage procedures under the guidance of the Centre Manager. Serve as a clinical resource for team members and participate in problem-solving. Provide verbal and written feedback to staff for performance evaluations. Maintain a positive and cooperative team environment through clear communication and collaboration. Confidentiality & Safety Protect patient confidentiality and ensure proper information handling. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment through proper procedures and regulations. Administrative & Ad-Hoc Duties Assist in auditing patient care records and conducting research on staffing and equipment investments. Communicate and coordinate with external departments for clinical or operational needs. Undertake special assignments and cover for colleagues across departments when needed. Possess Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate. Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate. 2 years of hospital or clinical experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and assist patients, medical supplies, or equipment weighing up to 25 lbs. Attention to cleanliness and infection control protocols. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
