- Perform daily administrative tasks such as filing, sorting mail, creating and maintaining employee files (both physical and digital), and scheduling meetings for HR staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel details, attendance, leave requests, and other documentation.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting relevant data (like time-off requests and bonuses), and provide employees with information regarding benefits and internal resources.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential employee information, maintaining discretion and adherence to regulations.
Key Skills
- Essential for managing multiple tasks and maintaining organized records.
- Both written and verbal skills are crucial for interacting with employees, candidates, and HR colleagues.
- Required for accuracy in record-keeping, data entry, and managing paperwork.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS) is beneficial.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion is paramount.
