We're looking for a detail-oriented and curious Paid Ads Assistant to join our agency team. You'll support campaigns across Google and Meta Ads (and eventually TikTok), working with multiple brands in fashion, lifestyle, local services, and personal branding.

Type: Full-time, Remote

What You'll Do

  • Assist in campaign setup, creative briefs, and keyword research
  • Track budgets, organize ad assets, and help prepare reports
  • Review campaign performance and suggest actionable next steps
  • Gather insights and research to support testing and optimization
  • Collaborate with the Paid Ads Manager on ongoing strategy and creative planning

What We're Looking For

  • Eager to learn and grow in paid media
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Notion
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and tasks efficiently
  • No prior agency experience needed — training and mentorship provided
