Job Description

The 3D Designer & CAD Specialist / Junior Architect will be responsible for supporting design and visualization requirements for retail, kiosk, and commercial projects. The role involves developing layouts, technical drawings, and 3D renderings aligned with brand standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create 3D models and realistic renderings for kiosks, retail stores, and commercial interiors.
  • Prepare CAD drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
  • Assist in space planning, design development, and material selection.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for design revisions and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with design standards, branding, and technical specifications.
  • Support documentation requirements for permit processing (when needed).
  • Conduct occasional site visits for measurements and design validation.
  • Deliver outputs within project timelines and maintain proper file organization.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Architecture, Interior Design, or any related field.
  • Proficient in design software: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit (advantage), Twin motion / Lumion / V-Ray, Photoshop
  • Strong portfolio showcasing retail or interior commercial work is required.
  • Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with a project team.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, but relevant experience is an advantage.
