We are currently looking for talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizers with a background in Interior Design to join our dynamic team in our Clark Office. The ideal candidate must have a strong portfolio showcasing the ability to translate design concepts into high-quality, photorealistic renderings that effectively communicate design intent.

We are seeking professionals who are passionate about visualization, creative in their approach, and technically skilled in industry-standard software. Candidates who can also support technical design documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings for interior design projects
• Collaborate with designers to interpret and accurately visualize design concepts
• Develop and apply realistic textures, materials, lighting, and environmental settings
• Revise and refine visual outputs based on feedback from the design team and clients
• Ensure timely delivery of visualizations while maintaining quality and consistency
• Maintain organized project files and proper documentation
• Assist in producing technical drawings and design documentation as needed (e.g., layouts, elevations, details)

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer / Renderer (portfolio required)
• Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in 3DS Max
• Proficient in rendering tools such as V-Ray, SketchUp, and other visualization software
• Proficient in post-production tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, spatial composition, lighting, and detailing
• Ability to support technical design work (technical drawings and documentation) is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics

Ability to Commute/Relocate

• If from Manila: Planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php60,000.00 per month
