Overview Eastvantage Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Business Central Functional Consultant (Acumatica) role at Eastvantage. Work setup: Work from Home. What You’ll Do Core Implementation Responsibilities Discovery & Design: Lead customer workshops, map current/future processes, produce detailed fit-gap analyses and Statements of Work System Configuration: Build Acumatica environments (companies, ledgers, subaccounts, posting rules, item/warehouse management, projects, service orders, security) Technical Development: Create Generic Inquiries, dashboards, KPIs, ARM financial reports, Import Scenarios, custom Report Designer layouts Integration & Analytics: Connect systems via OData/REST APIs for Power BI dashboards and automation workflows Data & Testing: Manage data migration (templates, cleansing, trial loads) and User Acceptance Testing cycles Training & Documentation: Train end users and administrators, create SOPs and implementation runbooks Strategic Support Sales Partnership: Support pre-sales scoping, demos, and proposal development Continuous Improvement: Provide post-go-live optimization and enhancement roadmaps Knowledge Building: Contribute to playbooks, templates, and best practices documentation Must-Have Qualifications Technical Experience 3+ years ERP implementation experience with 2+ years hands-on Acumatica (functional lead or senior consultant role) Strong functional expertise in Financials and at least one of: Distribution, Project Accounting, Field Service Technical skills: Generic Inquiries, Dashboards, ARM reports, Import Scenarios, Report Designer Integration experience: OData/REST APIs for analytics and automation Soft Skills Excellent English communication (written and verbal) for North American customers Customer-facing experience: Leading workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings Project ownership: Managing timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations independently Documentation skills: Creating clear, actionable process documentation Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience (Financials, Jobs/Projects, Service Management) Certifications: Acumatica Business Consultant, Advanced Financials/Distribution; Microsoft BC Functional Consultant Associate Industry experience: Equipment companies, manufacturing, distribution, or field service businesses Additional tools: Velixo reporting, Power BI, Power Automate, Postman Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
