What are our wishes?
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our
ERP project team
. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and aligned with project goals. You will play a critical part in
blueprinting
current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of
Microsoft Dynamics
solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment, 5+ years of relevant experience on Software Development.
• Strong background in ERP projects, specifically Microsoft Dynamics (must-have).
• Process Modeling: Skilled in creating process flows, swimlane diagrams, and use cases (e.g., BPMN).
• Hands-on experience in blueprinting – mapping current processes, identifying gaps, and designing future-state solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Requirements Management: Proficient in producing high-quality documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• ERP Functional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ERP modules (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.) and cross-module dependencies in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative requirement sessions.
• Exposure to working with international clients, ideally in the European market.
• Familiarity with multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP).

Reporting Structure
This position will report directly to the Service Unit Leader of Customer Experience and work closely with the SWA, PO, and PL of Client's Project.

*How can you contribute to the team?*

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document clear, complete, and aligned business and functional requirements.

• Lead blueprinting sessions to map current-state processes, identify gaps, and design future-state processes.

• Facilitating Communication

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and ERP specialists.

• Process Optimization

• Assess current ERP processes and propose enhancements for efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction.

• Recommend best practices and improvements leveraging Microsoft Dynamics capabilities.

• Business Requirement Conversion: Work with the PO to convert gathered requirements into actionable business requirements and prepare presentations for clients.

• Prioritization Collaboration: Collaborate with SWA, PO, and Project Lead (PL) to prioritize tasks effectively based on project timelines, client needs and project needs.

• Supporting Agile Delivery

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to align on project goals.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure requirements are understood and actionable.

• Backlog Refinement: Facilitate and/or participate in backlog refinement sessions with SWA, PO, PL, Development Team, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria, identify and define edge cases.
