Job Description

Seeking a proactive Technical Analyst to support niche business applications and drive technical initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, ensuring business and customer outcomes are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and document end-to-end business processes.
  • Act as the technical SME for niche applications.
  • Define technical requirements, flow diagrams, and UI mockups.
  • Collaborate with development teams and third-party vendors.
  • Support testing, deployments, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Contribute to reducing technical debt and improving platform performance.

Technical Skills:
  • Experience with modern SDLCs and technical documentation.
  • Understanding of APIs, data flows, and software integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).

Knowledge & Experience:
  • 3 years in a similar or software development role.
  • Background in insurance is a plus.
  • Experience with MongoDB, Microsoft SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Comfortable working in virtual, cross-country teams.
