Electronics & Communications Engineer (ECE) / Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

The Electronics & Communications Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising ALTO's integrated systems, including CCTV, communication. The role requires both technical expertise and project supervision, ensuring all installations meet engineering standards, safety protocols, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan, design, and oversee installation of electronic and communication systems (CCTV, etc.).


• Supervise and guide installers and helpers during on-site projects.


• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of systems.


• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and bidding requirements.


• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, government regulations, and safety protocols.


• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers for smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:


• Licensed Electronics & Communications Engineer (ECE).


• Strong knowledge in electronics, communications, and system integration.


• Experience in CCTV, networking, or communication systems is an advantage.


• Willing to travel and work at project sites nationwide.


• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
