KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

• Provides analysis to business partners, including: business planning, budgeting,  forecasting, and reconciliations. Participates on cross-functional work teams. Helps prepare monthly financial reports and related analyses. Assists in financial planning process. Prepares journal entries associated with principal and Inventory.
• Prepare financial analysis such as Purchase Price Variance analysis, Gross Profit Analysis, SLOB, GIT, Inventory DOS, etc.

• Weekly

• Provide Affiliate GP report and PPV- routinary

• Analysis of Affiliate gross profit report and PPV
• Check for any issues in the report and if necessary pass manual journal entry to correct or adjust.
• Monitor the market managed and answer stakeholders or business partners inquries.

• Monthly

• Provide Affiliate GP report, and Month-end reports (PPV, SLOB, FAA)

• Analysis of Affiliate gross profit report and month-end reports
• Check for any issues in the report and if necessary pass manual journal entry to correct or adjust
• Pass manual journal received from affiliates
• Monitor and prepare month end closing activities Answer stakeholders or business partners inquiries.
• Provide BVA (budget vs actuals) commentaries.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certifications is a plus.
• At least 2 years experience in finance or accounting sectors.
• Fast learner; Be able to work and deliver under minimal supervision; Can work efficiently and effectively work under pressure; Must be good in MS Excel and knows and applies basic formulas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for daily operations and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.

• Work Setup: Hybrid: 3x a week onsite work
• Location: Paranaque - until December 2025, then will move to Bonifacio Global City starting January 2026.
• Work Schedule: Morning Shift
