Job Summary
Utilize the SKU (product by location) level demand forecasts and orders to generate the SKU replenishment plans to control the physical distribution of the right finished product to the right location at the right time in the right quantity to meet the stated customer service levels while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.

Responsibilities/Description
:

  • Analyze demand during lead time (daily), identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with our sales/marketing team and demand.
  • Pull FINI material requirements into the region of sales based on local/regional demand plans and sales history.
  • Understand master data set-up for material management in the assigned warehouses and escalate if necessary;
  • Execute standard availability to promise date for customer delivery (imported products only) based on lead times and communicates changes to Customer Service.
  • Manage Inventory levels and Health – be accountable for Non-Productive Inventory, and proactive shelf-life monitoring
  • Manage supply issues during times of short supply
  • Monitor the appropriate metrics, evaluate and escalate the issues to be taken appropriate corrective actions Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (no specific major field required)
  • 2-3 years' in manufacturing, customer service, sales, production planning role,
  • Excellent business English communication skills
  • Local language communication skills
  • Analytical and quantitative skills Training / Certifications:
  • SAP, APO, MRP training on functional areas of expertise
