Position Overview

The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting staff, documents, materials, and other items as required by the organization. This role ensures timely deliveries, maintains the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, and adheres to all road safety rules and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities Transportation & Delivery

  • Safely transport employees, clients, or company visitors to and from designated locations.
  • Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other company materials as instructed.
  • Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Assist passengers with loading and unloading items when necessary.

Vehicle Maintenance

  • Perform regular inspection and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle (checking oil, water, tires, lights, brakes, etc.).
  • Ensure the vehicle is consistently clean, well-kept, and in safe operating condition.
  • Report any mechanical issues or needed repairs to management immediately.
  • Keep records of vehicle use, mileage, services, and fuel consumption.

Compliance & Safety

  • Follow all traffic laws, road safety guidelines, and company driving policies.
  • Maintain updated licenses, permits, and required driving documents.
  • Ensure passenger and cargo safety at all times.
  • Handle confidential information and company property responsibly.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid professional driver's license (specify: e.g., LTO Driver's License Restriction 1, 2, 3 or equivalent depending on country).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience in a company or commercial setting.
  • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent driving skills with strong knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.
  • Time management and route planning skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry items when needed.

  • Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Courteous and respectful, especially when dealing with passengers or clients.
  • Calm and composed under pressure or difficult road conditions.

Work Conditions
