Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Real Estate Sales Associates. This role is ideal for professionals with sales experience in BPO, insurance, or automotive industries who are looking to grow their careers in real estate. You will be responsible for promoting properties, building client relationships, and closing sales while enjoying flexible work arrangements and strong income potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage potential clients through calls, referrals, and marketing leads
  • Present and promote available property listings to buyers and investors
  • Provide guidance and assistance to clients in property selection and decision-making
  • Negotiate terms and prepare necessary documentation for successful transactions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
  • Stay updated on property listings, market trends, and competitor activities

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of sales experience (BPO, insurance, automotive, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and adaptable
  • Willing to learn about the real estate market (training provided)
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively
