Job Description
As a Quality Analyst - CCaaS, you'll ensure every customer interaction platform performs at its peak. You'll lead test planning, identify defects, and champion continuous improvement to guarantee quality and reliability across cloud-based contact center solutions.

The Qualifications We Seek
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or similar roles; previous exposure to contact center technologies (CCaaS) is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency
- Understanding of CCaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations.
- Proficiency with QA tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar) and familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical thinking to identify edge cases, diagnose issues quickly, and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into precise test scenarios.
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate test findings and recommend enhancements.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build strong working relationships.
Attention to Detail
- Keen eye for detail to ensure comprehensive coverage and thorough testing of all CCaaS functionalities.
Adaptability & Initiative
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
Your Daily Tasks
Test Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with CCaaS requirements and project timelines.
- Identify and document test requirements based on functional and technical specifications.
Test Execution
- Review and execute test cases (including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security tests).
- Monitor test results, document findings, and collaborate with engineering teams for issue resolution.
Quality Assurance & Control
- Conduct regular quality audits on CCaaS deliverables to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
- Manage and maintain test environments for accurate and reliable execution.
Collaboration & Communication
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, and Business Analysts).
- Provide concise, actionable feedback on defects and potential risks.
Continuous Improvement
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance QA testing frameworks and automation coverage.
- Stay updated with CCaaS innovations, tools, and QA best practices.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Present clear status updates and insights to stakeholders for transparency and improvement.
