Hightower Inc. is seeking a dedicated Rider to join our growing team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Rider, you will play a vital role in delivering packages efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction. What you'll be doing

  • Picking up and delivering packages in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a safe driving record and adhering to all traffic laws
  • Communicating effectively with customers and the dispatch team
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any delivery-related issues
  • Accurately documenting pick-ups and deliveries
  • Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles as needed

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience as a courier or delivery driver
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
  • Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of the best routes
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
