Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inbound and making outbound calls to customers.
  • Facilitating communication between customers and internal support to drive timely resolutions.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking.

About You:

  • At least 3-6 months BPO experience and must be at least a High School graduate
  • For no BPO experience, must be a 4-year Course College graduate.
  • Has excellent listening and comprehension skills.
  • Possesses very good communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and policies as needed.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, and on weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel.
  • Experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements is an advantage.
