Main Role

The Graphic and Web Designer creates designs for packaging, manuals, catalogues, posters, and online content, making sure all materials follow the company's branding for both local and international offices. Updating and maintaining the company's websites and digital platforms. The role ensures user-friendly layouts, visually appealing designs, and consistent branding across all online content.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and develop artwork for exhibition posters, product user manuals, product catalogues, packaging, website layouts, pages, banners, multimedia and digital assets.
  • Create digital assets for websites, social media, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other departments for content updates.
  • Coordinate with the factory and other departments to ensure artwork meets product and branding requirements.
  • Adapt designs to meet the needs of both the Philippines office and other global offices.
  • Ensure all outputs are aligned with company branding guidelines and quality standards.
  • Prepare print-ready and digital files for suppliers, printers, and online use.
  • Provide creative input and design support for internal and external marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized archive of design files, templates, and artwork references
  • Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 3-5 years proven experience as a Graphic and/or Web Designer, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
  • Can work under pressure and open to work with other nationality.
  • Willing to work in LIMA TECHNOLOGY CENTER in Lipa City, Batangas.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Knowledge in preparing files for print production and digital use.
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and knowledge in web design (HTML/CSS/WordPress) or equivalent.
