The Store Staff is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with store operations, and contributing to a positive and welcoming shopping environment. This role involves greeting customers, answering inquiries, assisting in the play area, maintaining store cleanliness and safety of customers. The employee should have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • A High School/Senior High or Bachelor's degree graduate.
  • Acts with integrity at all times at work.
  • Maintaining a calm demeanor during high-volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service to all customers, especially to the children, by acting with a "customer comes first" attitude.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness of the store.
  • The candidate must be willing to do hosting, singing, dancing and wearing a mascot as needed with the event schedule.

Employment Set-up

  • Store Staff Weekender Position
  • Will be on duty during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Will be on duty on Holiday/s as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php6, Php8,000.00 per month
