The Company Nurse provides primary health care services within the workplace, in accordance with the standards of OHNAP and relevant health regulations. This role is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of employees by performing nursing duties, implementing occupational health programs, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first aid treatment and emergency care to employees as needed.
  • Conduct daily clinic operations, including triage, vital signs monitoring, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
  • Assist in medical examinations, health surveillance, and annual physical exams.
  • Coordinate with the company physician for medical referrals and follow-ups.
  • Implement and monitor workplace health programs such as vaccination drives, health education, and wellness activities.
  • Promote occupational health and safety practices in alignment with OHNAP and DOLE guidelines.
  • Monitor and report health-related trends in the workplace (e.g., common illnesses, injuries).
  • Manage clinic supplies and ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and readiness of medical equipment.
  • Assist in return-to-work evaluations and fitness-to-work assessments.
  • Participate in emergency preparedness, drills, and response protocols.
  • Facilities Annual Physical Examination (APE) for employees.
  • Handles Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) matters within the organization and ensures compliance with OSH Standards and Regulations.
  • Ensures preparation and submission of required annual reports such as Work Accident / Illness Exposure and Annual Inspection.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines
  • Preferably with OHNAP membership and/or Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training for nurses
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in an occupational or clinical setting
  • Knowledgeable in first aid, emergency response, and occupational health protocols
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
  • Compassionate, organized, and attentive to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Caloocan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
