POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Analyst, Procurement Digital Transformation is a key partner for the Americas Procurement team, including Commodity Management, Supplier Management and Procurement Operations. The Senior Analyst, Procurement Digital Transformation will evaluate data to generate automations, reports and strategic insights to drive the Americas Procurement KPIs.  Full engagement and relationship with Commodity Manager (CM) teams (both CMs and Directors) to complete all projects and ad hoc requests. Work with the CM team on various procurement projects and be viewed as a strong project facilitator by both the CMs and Directors. Additionally, the ability to work independently at times with minimal direction.

  • Be a coding expert on the team and help drive coding strength among the team
  • Expand the breadth of the Analyst coverage across the Procurement team (specific areas detailed below under responsibilities) Master all Procurement systems and data sources to become a "go-to" resources for the Procurement team.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team and lead development and enhancement of AI-driven data processes.
  • Perform business process analysis and own the design and improvement of new and existing tools and processes to support business decisions.
  • Regularly review reporting, make recommendations for necessary changes and implement improvements.
  • Effectively resolve roadblocks to collection of complete and accurate data and adoption of tools.
  • Identify data integrity issues and lead cross functional efforts to develop processes to resolve discrepancies.
  • Using data analysis methods, develop recommendations to leadership for improvements in reporting, KPI's and risk management.
  • Create mapping of interactions and responsibilities between Procurement, Manila Service Center, Finance, and other departments.
  • Responsible for the aggregation and consolidation of data from multiple sources and the necessary analysis to update iSave reports, Procurement KPI tracking, standard cost setting and Purchase Price Variances (PPV).
  • Working with a cross-functional team, identify and resolve issues impacting KPI's.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement code base solutions
  • Design and implement AI-powered analytics tools to optimize data insights.
  • Utilize AI techniques to automate data cleaning and visualization.
  • Develop machine learning models to identify trends and make data-driven predictions.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in AI models and analytics platforms.
  • Develop and launch automation solutions
  • Support project team in developing reports, tables, fields, data interfaces and application extensions. 
  • Develop testing scenarios and write test scripts. 
  • Develop user guides and training materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, supply chain management, computer science, or related field.
  • Minimum of four years of analytical experience performing detailed analyses.
  • Formal education and/or experience with coding, AI and machine learning tool solution development.
  • Experience with multiple coding languages 
  • Experience in defining, scoping and implementing projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI along with experience in writing queries to access information from relational database management systems.
  • Previous experience with Oracle EBS a plus.
  • Proven success in the identification of issues using advanced analytics.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and AI-driven analytics tools.
  • Proven experience developing automation solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models
  • Detail-oriented, analytical and results-driven.
  • Motivated problem solver.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to manage and manipulate large amounts of data quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous requests and projects.
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment without close supervision.
  • Competent within the business domain and have knowledge of business principles and business solutions.
  • Able to work in a team setting and assist stakeholders in articulating problems and opportunities, establishing viable testing plans and reaching agreement on a quality future state.
