We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a dedicated team within our expanding NVOCC services business. This role encompasses import, export, ocean, air, brokerage, sales, and operations, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on organizational growth. As a key leader, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our market presence and driving the continued success of our global logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support operations, sales, and client services to drive the growth and success of the NVOCC business.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including recruitment, compliance, onboarding, and carrier rate negotiations.
  • Ensure cost efficiency by selecting profitable transportation solutions and maintaining budget discipline.
  • Resolve escalations and complex issues while delivering innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify process improvements, strengthen compliance controls, and oversee key administrative and billing functions.

Supervisory responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership by mentoring and developing the team, fostering an inclusive culture, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Oversee end-to-end business operations, including sales, vendor management, compliance, and cost optimization to drive growth and profitability.
  • Implement performance standards and process improvements while resolving escalations, managing resources, and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of growing or managing a new business, with strong expertise in transportation, logistics, and carrier/client relations.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to manage complex customer interactions through phone and video.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, detail orientation, and a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with technology-driven workflows.

Work Setup: Night Shift; Onsite

Location: Pasig

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
