Minimum 10-15 years of Experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is generally required.

Expertise in the following areas:

1)   Building Information Modelling Expert (BIM)

2)   Traffic Management Expert

3)   Cost/Quantity Estimation, Contract Expert

Experience in the Railway Industry, as well as Roads, Airports, or Ports is an advantage.

Bachelor's Degree in an Architecture or Engineering-related field is required; possession of Professional License or License/Board Passer (RA1080) is an advantage.

Proficiency in oral and written communication. Willing to be assigned to Project Sites.

A BIM (Building Information Modeling) expert in detailed engineering design typically needs a combination of technical skills, experience, and a strong understanding of BIM principles. Their responsibilities involve creating, managing, and utilizing 3D models to facilitate project workflows and improve construction accuracy. Experience in Level of Development (LOD 600–Facility Management Models) is essential.

Performs duties that encompass planning, designing, supervising, and coordinating all traffic-related activities during both the construction and operational phases to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.  Proficiency in relevant regulations, such as those from the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and potentially international bodies like FIDIC.

Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantify all materials, labor, equipment, and services required for the railway construction, developing a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for tendering. Review detailed engineering design drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate costing and quantity take-offs. Assess market factors, trends, and prevailing rates to accurately reflect costs, including contingencies and the impact of market changes on project budgets. Prepare cash flow forecasts for the project to manage financial planning and ensure adequate funds are available. Prepare tender and contract documents, including specifications and conditions of contract.
