QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Electronics Engineer or related field
  • With license is an advantage
  • With at least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in electronics maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic systems, equipment, and industry practices.
  • Can effectively lead and supervise a team of Service Technicians, providing both technical guidance and hands-on support.
  • With excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work well with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and interpreting technical manuals or schematics.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
  • Amenable to work in MIDC Industrial Park, Guiguinto Bulacan
  • Willing to undergo training in Bagong Barrio
