Mechatronics

Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of automated systems, machinery, and equipment combining mechanical, electrical, and electronic technologies. Ensures all equipment operates efficiently to support production and operational goals.

• Install, maintain, and repair electromechanical systems, automated machines, and robotic equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and calibration of sensors, actuators, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics and blueprints.
• Support design and improvement of automation systems to increase reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure machines operate safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Recommend upgrades or modifications to improve performance or safety.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (for Engineer position).
• TESDA NC II or higher in Mechatronics Servicing or equivalent (for Technician position).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or automation (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred).
• Knowledge of PLC programming, sensors, motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
