Job Description

Process periodic requirements, and picking up and/or delivering packages or documents;

Represent the Company and transact with different entities including banks, private and government agencies;

Prepare, consolidate, and submit invoices and DTR to clients and relevant departments;

Ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents before submission;

Ensure the safekeeping of checks collection and prompt delivery of invoice and DTR to clients;

Performs administrative and office support activities;

Performs other tasks as assigned from time to time.
