Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but will also consider someone with 5+ years of relevant contact center management experience
  • At least 3-year experience distribution, consignment or retail service experience as either service advisor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Ability to make sound business judgments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage a variety of people
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Experience in Electronics/Appliance Industry
  • Has experience coordinating with suppliers and stores
  • Proficient with computer applications
  • Can adapt to Mobility
  • Able to write business letter / emails
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Results Oriented
  • Can establish service center

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
