The position is primarily responsible for developing programs that enhance spiritual awareness for employees and clients while engaging in multisectoral initiatives for museum activities and community development.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develops and recommends strategic programs, collaborating with partners to define scope, budget, and implementation. Oversees policy formulation, monitors expenses and stakeholder engagement, evaluates program impact, and assesses partnership feasibility.
  • Values Formation Program and Museum Management: Designs and organizes programs to enhance spiritual awareness for employees and clients. Manages corporate faith-based activities, develops spiritual enhancement modules, and oversees museum tours and special requests. Coordinates with curators and researchers for museum curation and reporting.
  • Client Management and Networking: Establishes and maintains partnerships with stakeholders, attends external meetings, screens potential partners, and facilitates company affiliations with charitable organizations. Manages a volunteer pool for social service programs.
  • People Management: Leads, mentors, and develops the team, recommending training and skill enhancement. Oversees leave approvals, evaluates performance, and enforces disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Others: Provides recommendations on Foundation operations, actively participates in meetings and training, and performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course preferably related to community development
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate foundations, non-profits, or the development sector.
  • Knowledge in Project management and Corporate social awareness.
