Job Description:

We have assignments in the areas of Key account management, Online Shopping Experience, Digital Marketing management & Business Analysis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Initiate, develop and maintain a productive long-term relationship with our community
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of shoppers, categories and market, conducting market research, identifying potential clients and new business opportunities and partners.
- Recommendation and enhancement of social media posts, newsletters, communication materials, improve existing spiels, assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel to implement growth strategies.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degreeor College level with one of the following majors:
Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant majors
- Born leaders and are passionate to make things happen
- Have an external focus and a real passion for Sales / Marketing
- Like to bring creativity & innovation to their work
- Have strong analytical thinking and skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Able to have meeting sessions within Metro Manila and willing to visit our warehouse in Bulacan from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
