Job Description:

We have assignments in the areas of Key account management, Online Shopping Experience, Digital Marketing management & Business Analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, develop and maintain a productive long-term relationship with our community
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of shoppers, categories and market, conducting market research, identifying potential clients and new business opportunities and partners.
  • Recommendation and enhancement of social media posts, newsletters, communication materials, improve existing spiels, assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel to implement growth strategies.
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degreeor College level with one of the following majors:

Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant majors

  • Born leaders and are passionate to make things happen
  • Have an external focus and a real passion for Sales / Marketing
  • Like to bring creativity & innovation to their work
  • Have strong analytical thinking and skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Able to have meeting sessions within Metro Manila and willing to visit our warehouse in Bulacan from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
