Job Qualification:

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • With at least 1-2 years experience in purchasing or administrative function
  • Possess professional disposition with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Computer Literate, Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Knowledge in SAP and Micros (is an advantage)

Job Description:

  • To handle procurement of materials, supplies, equipment and services for the assigned departments in accordance with the company's purchasing policies
  • Appraises and recommends suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history in accordance with the company's vendor accreditation policy
  • Prepares Purchase Order (PO) thru SAP and Micros and ensuring a timely delivery of goods and services at the right quality, availability, responsiveness, cost and after sales support
  • Assists the requirements of the Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Officer
  • Performs other jobs that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
