Job Responsibilities· Produces Technical Assessment Report (TAR) for projects involving Information Security applications:Validates completeness of Service Request (SR) and Technical Request Form (TRF) assigned by Delivery HeadConducts pre-work for the Technical Assessment Session (TAS)Analyzes and clarifies requirements in the TRF as necessary

Identifies solution options

Performs impact assessment on existing systems

Aligns solution options with roadmap/plans

Prepares TAR for submission to Delivery HeadMonitors and manages TAR development progress through regular communication with stakeholders

Performs walk-through of approved TAR to the Solutions Delivery team

Helps define the project scope and business requirements during the ideation stage· Provides inputs for Capacity Models:Re-assesses identified capacity drivers for applicability on current systems

Validates capacity utilization by gathering reports from monitoring systems

Provides inputs and recommendations during Business Planning and Roadmap discussions

Identifies potential issues or conflicts across system roadmaps and suggests resolutions

Initiates Request for Information (RFI) process for projects involving new technologies

Engages with business teams regularly to stay updated on initiatives

Ensures application standards align with network, security, and infrastructure standards
