Job Responsibilities:

Lead Sourcing & Research

  • Use tools such as Surfe and other platforms to identify and source potential B2B leads.
  • Build and maintain accurate and well-segmented lead lists in the CRM.
  • Research key buyer personas and organizations that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Outreach & Follow-up

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to introduce solutions and qualify interest.
  • Coordinate with marketing campaigns to follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Conduct pitch deck presentations showcasing Try and Review's value proposition to clients, and follow up.

CRM & Pipeline Support

  • Log all activities in the CRM system accurately and in real time.
  • Track lead engagement and maintain lead stage updates (e.g., contacted, qualified, meeting booked)
  • Prepare lead and activity reports for sales and marketing management

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline meetings and share insights on lead quality and market responsiveness.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on messaging effectiveness and lead quality.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in sales support, telemarketing, lead generation, or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Previous experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Previous experience with B2B CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce or equivalent
  • Experience with FMCG industry preferable, preferably with an existing portfolio of clients
  • Ecommerce or digital media experience would be a huge plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Flexible, collaborative and team-oriented
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize workload and effectively manage time while meeting client's deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ready to work independently and remotely
  • Ability to work in a start-up environment of continuous change and rapid growth
  • High fluency in spoken and written English.
