Role Overview

Ascendion is looking for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developers across Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to join our enterprise integration team. You will design, develop, and support scalable integrations between Oracle and non-Oracle systems in a high-impact, global environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Build App-Driven, Scheduled, and Basic Integrations
  • Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs
  • Create and manage connections, lookups, packages, and integrations
  • Perform data transformations using XML, JSON, and XSLT
  • Integrate Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) with third-party systems
  • Conduct unit testing, deployment, and post-production support
  • Troubleshoot integration, data, and performance issues
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders
  • Maintain proper technical documentation

Qualifications

Core Requirements (All Levels)

  • Experience or hands-on exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Solid understanding of integration concepts and middleware patterns
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON
  • Willingness to work Night Shift and Full Onsite (BGC)

Junior Level

  • 0–2 years experience in integration or Oracle Cloud development
  • Exposure to OIC, APIs, or Oracle SaaS environments
  • Strong learning mindset and eagerness to grow

Mid-Level

  • 2–5 years hands-on OIC development experience
  • Able to independently develop, test, and support integrations
  • Experience handling production issues and deployments

Senior Level

  • 5+ years experience in Oracle Integration Cloud and enterprise integrations
  • Strong integration architecture and design expertise
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions
  • Experience supporting large-scale, business-critical integrations

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, or SCM
  • Knowledge of OCI, ATP, BICS
  • Experience with other integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica)
  • Oracle Cloud or Integration certifications
