Job Description: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with OIC and SQL-based development, along with a solid understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and cloud applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high‑quality integrations that connect various business applications and systems. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective integration solutions while ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration Design & Development

  • Design, develop, and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud components including Integrations, Connections, Lookups, Schedulers, and Adapters.
  • Build integration flows using REST/SOAP services, FBDI, File-Based integrations, B2B/EDI, and application-specific connectors.
  • Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts to support integration logic and data transformations.
  • Implement integration patterns such as Orchestration, Publish/Subscribe, Event-driven integrations, and batch processing.

Technical Implementation & Support

  • Troubleshoot integration issues by analyzing logs, tracing flow executions, and identifying root causes.
  • Support SIT/UAT cycles by executing test cases and resolving integration-related defects.
  • Monitor integration performance through OIC dashboards and set up proactive alerts and error-handling logic.
  • Provide post-deployment support and ensure integrations operate smoothly across environments.

Collaboration & Requirement Analysis

  • Work closely with Solution Architects to evaluate requirements, design integration solutions, and validate architecture decisions.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify integration needs, and deliver functional technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ERP, HCM, SCM, DevOps, and Security to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.

Documentation & Best Practices

  • Create and maintain technical documentation including mapping sheets, design documents, configuration guides, and support runbooks.
  • Ensure integrations adhere to enterprise architecture principles, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Recommend improvements to integration frameworks, performance tuning, and reusable components.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
