Debt Collection Specialist – Job Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or any related field (preferred but not required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Experience:
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in debt collection or related field.
- Virtual Assistant (VA) experience is an advantage.
- Experience handling international accounts is highly preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with professionalism in handling challenging situations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with CRM or collection software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
Other Requirements:
- Must be organized, reliable, and results-driven.
- Can work remotely with a stable internet connection and proper equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
