Qualifications:

Project Manager:

Professional Experience:


• At least 5 years of experience in project management, demand management, project management, portfolio management, or a related field.


• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is preferred.


• Strong background in stakeholder management, governance, and process optimization.

Candidates should have at least one of the following certifications: Project Management Certifications


• PMP (Project Management Professional) – PMI


• PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) – Axelos


• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) – PMI

Business Analyst:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product development or technical environment.


• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and product management.


• Proficiency in creating technical documents, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.


• Familiarity with database systems, APIs, and technical integration processes.


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.


• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.


• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
