About the role

Are you a dedicated and experienced Hemodialysis Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of our patients? Prime Care Dialysis Center in Camarin, Caloocan City Metro Manila is seeking a full-time Hemodialysis Nurse to join our compassionate and patient-focused team. In this crucial role, you will provide exceptional care and support to individuals undergoing hemodialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the process.

What you'll be doing

  1. Monitoring and managing patients' dialysis treatments, including setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment
  2. Administering medications and providing other nursing care as required
  3. Closely observing patients' vital signs and overall health status, reporting any concerns to the medical team
  4. Educating patients and their families on the hemodialysis process, dietary requirements, and self-care
  5. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  6. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients

What we're looking for

  1. A registered nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
  2. With BLS/ ACLS Training Certification or Hemodialysis Training
  3. With experience in hemodialysis nursing or a similar critical care setting
  4. Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  6. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
  7. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
